TIM introduces in Brazil Blu-Castle’s Wi-Fi Gateway

Vivo introduces in Brazil Blu-Castle’s Blackbox Plus 4.5G router with carrier aggregation

Foxconn acquires stake in Blu-Castle

(“Blu-Castle”) is pleased to announce that Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Ltd., (“FIT”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., (“Hon Hai”) the largest consumer electronics manufacturer in the world, has acquired a stake in Blu-Castle SA, a European company that distributes telecommunications products to Carriers across Europe, Middle East and Latin-America. With this transaction, Foxconn relies on Blu-Castle’s strengths and experience to reinforce its positioning within these markets.

Since September 1 st 2015, Blu-Castle improves its operational capabilities through th agreement reached with FIT, one of the top interconnect companies worldwide. This agreement will enable Blu-Castle to consolidate and expand its business within its natural action areas, as well as allowing FIT to access and consolidate its leading position in new markets.The agreement covers a wide portfolio of telecommunication devices (both active and passive) for enterprise and residential environments.
