El Bastion-SWG08P es un Gigabit L2 PoE switch de alto rendimiento - Soporta 8x10/100/1000Mbps puertos ethernet y 2 puertos SFP. Este switch soporta la administración remota mediante SNMP, HTTP y Telnet, y la gestión local por interfaz de la consola. La interfaz de consola es compatible con algunos ajustes básicos.
El Bastion-SWG08P soporta una gran cantidad de funciones de conmutación L2, por ejemplo, 802.1Q VLAN, 802.1x, control de transferencia, configuración de puertos, Port Mirroring, estadísticas por puertos, funciones de calidad de servicio, ... etc. La función AutoMDIX es soportada en cada puerto TX del switch facilitando la conexión de los cables.
El Bastion-SWG08P es compatible con IEEE802.3af y de la pre-estándar de 802.3at. Los puertos 8x10/100/1000 Mbps TX son seleccionables para proporcionar hasta 15.4 ó 30 vatios de potencia para conectar dispositivos PoE compatibles.
